About the Position

As the head of the inspection group, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing a team of eight inspectors. The group works with conducting pre-inspections, move-out inspections, needs assessments, radon measurements, and rounds.

The role requires a combination of leadership, technical competence, and legal understanding, with an interest in development and the ability to deliver high quality and good service.

You will work both strategically and operationally and have a central role in further developing working methods, processes, and quality within the inspection area. Through your work, you contribute to safe, well-managed, and attractive living environments, as well as to efficient and legally secure internal processes.

You will be part of the company's management team and are expected to actively contribute to the whole and to the company's continued development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the inspection group to achieve set goals and ensure quality in all inspection processes.
  • Perform and quality assure pre-inspections, move-out inspections, and maintenance assessments according to established routines.
  • Be responsible for continuous improvements within the inspection area and work proactively with order issues.
  • Ensure correct handling of billing according to the provisions of the rental law.
  • If necessary, order maintenance and repairs and contribute to the maintenance planning of our properties.

Competencies and Experience

  • Experience in property management – You have previously worked in the real estate industry and have a good understanding of tenants' needs and the property owner's responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of rental law – You have good knowledge of the rental law and its application in move-out inspections and billings.
  • Leadership - Experience in leadership is required, and experience in management with personnel responsibility is an advantage.
  • Digital competence – You have a basic ability to work in digital case management systems and good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Driver's license - A requirement for the position.
